As a second-generation owner, Phil leads our company and serves as its president. He grew up learning the ins and outs of the family business from his father, Morris. With a passion for excellence and making a positive impact, Phil is thankful for the opportunity he has as a business owner to empower people and give back to our community. Phil and his family live in Brownstown and attend Calvary Church in Lancaster. He is actively involved in the local fire company and youth sport organizations.


As the Operations Manager, Tom wears a few different hats. Primarily, he oversees manpower and employee development. He also project manages and runs the everyday operations of the shop. If something needs taken care of, Tom is the go-to guy for getting things done. Tom is an avid baseball fan and enjoys coaching young athletes and developing their skills.


As a long-time employee, Rod has recently been promoted to Project Manager. Rod brings many years of field experience to the position. There isn’t anything in the field Rod hasn’t tackled along the way and is well respected by the team. He has the knowledge and the aptitude to get things done right the first time. Rod also oversees all aspects of safety. When he is not at work, Rod enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.


Brian Fisher serves as one of the estimators on the Hursh Painting team.
Prior to joining the Hursh Team, Brian owned and operated Signature Painting. He has experience in paint sales, painting and estimating. You could say, he knows it all! Brian enjoys spending time with this family, reading a good book, or working in the garden.


After spending 15 years in the field, Zack has joined the Hursh estimating team. His experience in the field is a great asset. He is able to use his experiences with different products and surfaces to truly assess what it takes to get the job done. Zack is also spending some of his time project managing. When the weather is nice, Zack enjoys getting in a game of golf. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, Michelle and their bulldogs.


As the Office Manager, Julie oversees the daily operation and management of Hursh Painting Company’s office functions. She has many years of experience in accounting and brings extensive knowledge and administrative structure. Julie is the go-to person in the office. In her spare time, Julie enjoys time with her family and reading.
